Hi, and welcome! My name is Sinisa, and I’m a senior product and UX designer based in Trondheim, Norway.

I fuse different areas of design to bring value beyond the usual to organisations. I take a holistic approach to shaping products and services and often end up being the one who helps teams connect the dots across the entire company.

I’ve been in design for nearly 20 years. I started with web and UX/UI design at my own agency working with clients in the US, then moved into product and UX roles in Norway, across both private and corporate sectors, including a startup environment. Over time, I’ve built solid experience in systems thinking, design systems and interaction design.

Design means many things, but to me, it’s always been about fusion. So, I’ve added some more skills along the way, like facilitation, design thinking and team leadership, to name but a few. I shine working cross-functionally with agile product teams and helping them collaborate more effectively, while moving fluidly between hands-on design and strategic thinking.

I’m also a guitar player and sometimes jump into the icy Norwegian sea, but that’s another story. I’m originally from Belgrade, Serbia, a place full of warmth and energy, but I’ve always had a thing for Nordic minimalism. I guess ending up in Norway makes sense.
